If you are experiencing anxiety, you are likely to feel excessive stress and worry about several things in your life. This stress and worry will generally affect you on more days than not. Your body may feel tense. You will often feel restless, tired and shaky. You may also experience palpitations, shortness of breath, dry mouth, trouble swallowing, nausea and tense muscles. You may feel on edge constantly. You may have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep. You may also experience increased irritability.

I will work with you to reduce the intensity of your nervousness by helping you to talk about the things you are saying to yourself to increase your tension. We will talk about the beliefs that you have which can increase your worries. We can help you to better understand which of your worries may not be rational. We can discuss some of your past conflicts as well as your current conflicts so that we can work together toward their resolution. I will help you to develop ways of talking to yourself in a healthy way so that you can better manage your anxiety.
